My aim is to help you achieve your health, fitness and sporting goals, by providing you with all the health, fitness information, support and training you need. I pride myself on leading by example, I am a number 1 Squash player. I also enjoy mountain bike riding and trail running.
I have always been interested in health and wellness and after my career ended on the operatic stage I studied and became a Personal Trainer. The additional qualifications have been invaluable.
I have been in the fitness industry for 30 years and I am as passionate now as I was then. I started at Laurie Potters in Perth in 1987. Then went to Kicks Fitness Club for 12 years. During my time there I became a pump instructor as well as completing my Fitness Training course. I have lived in Busselton for 16 years and even ran my own women’s only gym for 6 years.

I have taught beginners through to elite athletes. With a passion for all people willing to train hard to improve their fitness regardless of age, size, shape or experience. I am currently training to be a teacher and so can only be found on Monday evenings at 5.30pm for my weekly cycling sessions which mix interval training with endurance sessions. Jane has practised Yoga for 15 years exploring different styles including Iyengar, Ashtanga and Satyananda lineages and now teaches Hatha with a hint of these experiences.
She is a member of Yoga Australia and has a keen interest in further training attending workshop locally and interstate with highly regarded international yoga teachers.
She feels privileged to share this knowledge and introduce students to the variations she has experienced on the mat.
It was after over 10 years of dance training including 2 years full time that lead me to step into the fitness industry. After gaining my Certificate IV in Dance Performance, I made the transition and completed my fitness studies. The similarities between the two have allowed me to assist my clients in achieving their goals by utilising not only my fitness knowledge, but my dance knowledge as well.

I believe a strong and healthy body is the first step in achieving a happy & fulfilled life. Everything is just easier when you feel great! My passion is helping people to reach their fitness goals, no matter what the circumstances.
